Memorable Event Planning & Caterers offers many services for planning the event of a lifetime.
These services include but are not limited to:
- Complete Event Planning - This package includes everything it takes to plan an event. I will calculate the budget, help with the pre-planning brainstorm, find and meet vendors, search for have to have items, and day of coordinating, etc.
- Budget Planning - I will calculate a realistic budget for the event indicating how much should be spent in each area.
- Pre-Planning Assistance - If one does not know exactly what he or she wants they can fill out a questionnaire and I will help them determine what type of event is right for them whether it be inside or outside, theme based or no theme, and will provide them with a small portfoliio of what conclusion we have come to.
- Event Day Assistance - This package includes three mettings to let me know what is happening the day of the event and what the clients expectations are and me there to coordinate everthing on the day of the event. I will make sure the vendors are there doing what they should and running errands to make sure everything goes smoothly and most important making sure it is a memorable experience.
